Theodore Grant Bradpiece | President | Explorer Travel Services

Since 2014, Theodore Grant Bradpiece has excelled as the president and owner at Explorer Travel Services—a full service agency that specializes in personalized planning for corporate, entertainment, and personal travel needs—through which he handles accounting and administrative work, networks with 10 independent contractors, and meets with clients. His tenacity and dedication as a leader, building relationships and his own reputation as the years go on, helped guide the company through the COVID-19 pandemic, which he considers to be his most notable professional achievement.

Well-versed in the travel and financial industries, Mr. Bradpiece launched his career in the latter field in 1996, finding success as a mutual fund accounting manager at Wells Fargo before becoming a mutual fund relationship manager at U.S. Bancorp. It was while serving as vice president of J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. that he started working part-time in travel as the vice president at Two Bears Travel—where he ended up excelling for 11 years. In correlation with his position there, he was also active as principal of Beekman Place Financial and Polaris Enterprises between 2006 and 2016.

Outside of his primary endeavors, Mr. Bradpiece has been active as secretary and treasurer of the LGBT Meeting Professionals Association and treasurer of the Northeast Valley Health Corporation. He also maintains his dedication to his field as a member of the American Society of Travel Advisors. Looking toward the future, he strives to slow down and hand over some of his clients to some of his independent contractors, keeping only a handful of solid clients he has worked with over the years.

Mr. Bradpiece prepared for his professional journey by earning a Bachelor of Science in management and finance from Tulane University in 1987 and a FINRA Series 7 license in 1988.
